Frustrations of the Newbie - It is Not the Internet Business You Join, it is Who You Join

There are thousands of business opportunities online and many people are joining. From the white collar to the blue collar, everyone in today's economy is looking to create their own business online. Is it the right business you are looking for, or is it the right person in that right business you are looking for. The latter could be the most important ingredient for your success.
Many people are looking online for opportunities in the network marketing industry to create the cash they need in this economy, or to create something for themselves which can become the safety net income in case of unexpected job loss. From Attorneys, Real Estate agents, Insurance Producers, to the teacher of your childs second grade class, they are all coming to terms that to create their own economy, the internet is the means to that specific end. The internet is the last bastion for the entrepreneur.
One thing they do understand, just as I have, is the fact that many fail...even the executives that we all believe have the upper hand with their education. Not so in online marketing and the business opportunities we find here. What you will need to understand is that people do not buy products from companies here, and we do not join just any business...for those who have found success, we have found the WHO'S, not the what's.
It is the "who" you join with that is the key to your success. Many in the day trading business world would know, they follow the who's like Warren Buffett and any guru like him. In Internet marketing you will need to know the 'who' before you join a business you are researching. The 'what' is the easy part I personally learned, it was the 'who' that brought it all together to equal success. Your sponsor, your mentor...these individuals are the key to gaining the knowledge of marketing whatever products you have chosen to market.They are the key because they have found success already.
It is the 'who' in the business of network marketing online that you will have to choose carefully. Many people are turned off to MLM and or, network marketing because of the horror stories about this sponsor and that sponsor. Completing your due diligence with the individual who is prospecting you will be the single most important part of your success in this industry.
